Re: Set users to subscribe to posts on registration

Depends on how many users you have. Not sure the user type part applies in 3.1 so you can drop anything after the where in the query.

Re: [DEV] ReIMG Image Resizer

Nothing. This extension is not really installable so you can go ahead and delete it from your forum until there is an alpha or beta release.

Re: 3.1 Board Feature Auto-Resizing Images

All you did was copy those files to get ReIMG working? I think not... If you continue you'll find that the MOD version, what you're trying to install, doesn't work in 3.1 (for sure not with inline images), plus extensions aren't supposed to be editing any core files. This is why this topic exists. A...

Re: [DEV] ReIMG Image Resizer

Yes it is not at all ready for use, which is why it won't work if you try it. You'll actually get pop-up messages if you manage to get it working. You should just uninstall, delete data, and delete the extension directory. It will be a while before this is ready for use.

Re: Approve new users before they have forum access

It's in all versions of phpBB 3. Set account activation to "Administrator" and you'll get emails for every registration with a link to activate each account.

Sure. You'll want to modify the registration functions to validate the age. What version?

Re: [DEV] ReIMG Image Resizer

No it doesn't depend on Imagemagick. The image sizing phpBB 3.1 does for posted images (using the IMG tag) is through CSS using the max-width style property. Those types of posted images are not physically altered in any way. What could depend on Imagemagick might be what plupload does with uploaded...

Re: [DEV] ReIMG Image Resizer

The maximum displayed image size setting was removed because phpBB already imposes a max image size. The setting might come back later but for now it's not present. As for resizing server side that's beyond the scope of the current ReIMG version (3.0) but is planned for the next (3.1). This last one...
