Hi David, I'm using a program called Shoutmix it's a chatbox panel all works well but I can get it so that only members can see and use it. It's started again, where is the .htaccess file located I've turned on show hidden files but still can not find it.
Do I need to create one? and if I do where do I put it and is it just a txt file?

Thanks for that, it's all working again now, must have been a glitch.
If it does it again I'll follow your advice and place an .htaccess file.

Just a quick note, I placed the code in viewtopic_body.html a little higher so that it's under username.
Now when you look at one of my topics you see under my Avatar

David, Thank you for all your help, I asked this same question at phpBB, here is the only reply I recieved. I don't know any easy way to do what you are asking. You can add a link to the profile pretty easily, but how to assign a specific forum to that user? Would take a lot of configuring based on ...
