File Attach Mod question: Limit to Registered users?

Just installed the MOD... WOW! Pretty amazing.
Can it be set so that only registered users can attach files? I have a board that is basically "open" for all to view, but would like some limits as to what a Guest can do.
Alternatively, am I missing something in the basic permissions that would accomplish the same goal?
