Attachment section not showing up when posting.

Help me All Experts who know about this plz plz plz
I'm add new forum phpBB 2.0.22 and add Attachment Mode 245.
Attachment Mod Tables generated successfully "COMPLETE"!
But when I post a new topic I don't have the option to
add an attachment.
(Many times i tried but failed to view attachment column).
